Ah Rory. I see your avatar puts everything into context. I wasn't quite sure what you were getting at but one discussion I had over the weekend with my book dealer is that we don't need gyms with aircon. A five mile walk twice a week, is all it takes to keep in shape. Yet we look down on free don't we?

This is an amazing video! A huge portion of my life revolves around stairs. My entire business in fact is built around trying to get people to Take the Stairs.

How did you get this video? Is it really a VW commercial?

Human nature is a lot sweeter than we think I guess. In any case I'd be interested to see if there's as much participation in Asia for this. Or is there a Mah Jong equivalent. Hope you're well mate. It's all good here in Hong Kong. Its rocking :)
